This ministry reaches out to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender people, their families, friends, and allies. Rainbow ministers can be identified by their rainbow name tags.
In response to the call in Romans 15:7 to "welcome one another therefore as Christ has welcomed you for the glory of God," we, the members of Central Lutheran Church, join hands with all our sisters and brothers regardless of race, age, gender, marital status, physical and mental abilities, sexual orientation, national origin, or economic status. We celebrate both the diversity of God’s family and our unity as God’s people.

PRIDE Northwest
June 16, 2013
Participate with other members from Central Lutheran and other supportive Lutherans.
Pride is an annual festival that positively celebrates the diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities. The Pride Parade is a major activity in this festival.
For several years members of Central have participated in the parade. It is heartwarming to share God’s love as we walk the streets. Our message is often received with tears of thankfulness. Walk with us and see how YOU impact others!
It’s a wonderful way to spend the morning of Father’s Day! The exact time and meeting place will be forwarded when it is known. This year Pastor Michelle will participate with us.
Mark your calendar for June 16! See you there!
